Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules and guidelines for using the Vrools platform ("Platform"). This policy applies to all users, including buyers, sellers, publishers, and visitors. Violations of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination. This AUP is incorporated into and supplements our Terms of Service.

You may not list, upload, share, or distribute any content that:

• Infringes upon the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any third party
• Contains malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious or harmful code
• Facilitates unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or misrepresents the nature, quality, or origin of the content
• Promotes or facilitates illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, tax evasion, or circumventing legal restrictions
• Contains or distributes personal, private, or confidential information of any person without their explicit consent
• Is defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, abusive, or promotes violence or discrimination
• Contains content that exploits or harms minors in any way
• Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Consists of unsolicited promotional content, spam, or chain messages

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to evade bans, restrictions, or fee structures
• Manipulate search results, ratings, reviews, or any other Platform features through automated means, fake accounts, or coordinated behavior
• Engage in price manipulation, bid rigging, or any anti-competitive practices
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to collect data from the Platform without our express written permission
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an undue burden on the Platform infrastructure or services
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or bypass any security or authentication measures
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Conduct transactions outside the Platform to avoid marketplace fees or to circumvent buyer/seller protections
• Use the Platform to solicit users to leave the Platform for direct transactions in order to avoid fees
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Platform

All listings on the Platform must:

• Accurately describe the product, service, or course being offered
• Include truthful pricing with no hidden fees or charges
• Clearly specify any license terms, limitations, or usage restrictions
• Use only images, descriptions, and media that you have the right to use
• Be placed in the appropriate category
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including export controls and sanctions

Listings that are duplicated, keyword-stuffed, or otherwise designed to artificially inflate visibility may be removed without notice.

All communications through the Platform, including messages, reviews, forum posts, and comments, must be respectful and professional. You must not use the messaging system to:

• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Send spam, unsolicited promotions, or phishing messages
• Share content that violates this AUP
• Solicit personal information from other users
• Coordinate off-platform transactions to avoid Platform protections

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password for your account
• Not share your login credentials with any other person
• Immediately report any unauthorized access or security breach
• Not use your account for any purpose that violates these guidelines

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP and to take any action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to:

• Issuing warnings
• Removing or disabling access to content
• Temporarily suspending account privileges
• Permanently terminating accounts
• Withholding, suspending, or forfeiting pending earnings or payouts
• Reporting violations to law enforcement authorities
• Pursuing legal action for damages or injunctive relief

We may take these actions with or without notice, at our sole discretion. The severity of the enforcement action will be determined based on the nature, severity, and frequency of the violation.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
